DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is designed to realign deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is particularly effective for chronic aches and pains, muscle adhesions, and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back discomfort, tight leg muscles, shoulders, and hips.

While similar to a Swedish massage, the techniques used in deep tissue work are slower, more focused, and apply greater pressure. This allows the therapist to target areas of tension and pain more precisely, reaching the sublayers of muscle and fascia to release restrictions, restore mobility, and promote lasting relief.
