Integrative Massage & Personal Training combines massage therapy, orthopedic assessment, yoga, and targeted exercise to support injury recovery and correct misalignments. Each program is personalized based on a thorough evaluation, and exercises are demonstrated and guided to ensure safe, effective practice—often using minimal equipment.
Calisthenic Training emphasizes core stability, balance, flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance, all through controlled movements using your own bodyweight. This approach promotes functional strength and long-term wellness without the need for extensive equipment.
$100 hr
*Prices include travel time, setup, and a full session.
